In the last episode, I began this series, and I will quickly recapitulate on a few of the things I spoke about in the last episode.


For business owners, business starters and young entrepreneurs, you need to realize that you have a lot of weight on your shoulders, and you have so much to do, it is expected of you, and you always desire to take your business to the next level. The three things I spoke about in the last episode for you to manage and grow your business successfully are; 1. Don’t lose sight of the bigger picture. 2. Cut Costs. 3. Make your employees feel important.


I’ll move on from there today.

Focus on Important tasks always; Business is always business, you will at all times always be busy, so you need to be very careful not to be overwhelmed while trying to juggle tasks, and while you are running back and forth trying to get much done. There is only one advice that I will give to you; it is certain that you cannot do everything, you can not undertake every task at the same time, so I’ll advice that you only focus on

In the last episode, I began writing on Sales and Marketing tips for starters, and I will pick it up from there today, while we run through it, and we draw the curtains on it. I shared three tips in the last episode which are; 1. Listen to your customers. 2. Advertise on all fronts. 3. Make your customers your sales department.

A secret that I have come to know overtime is that if you do your marketing right, and you project yourself properly, you will no doubt increase and improve on your business financial windfall, and if by any mistake or an error, you do it wrong, it will feel like all your money has gone down the drain, or all your investment has gone up in flames.

Another thing worthy of note is that you need to realize that if you are not a natural sales person, you might experience some difficulty and some turbulence, while swimming through the murky waters of sales and marketing for your new business, but you don’t have to be afraid,  just check out a few of the tips I’ll share with you, and put them to use.
